These Terms of Service govern your use of wpOps (the “Software”), a WordPress plugin licensed to you for installation on your own WordPress site. By purchasing or activating a license, you agree to these terms.
wpOps is a self-hosted plugin: it runs on your own WordPress installation, storing your data in your own database. wpOps is not a multi-tenant SaaS platform, and XONIK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“XONIK”, “we”) does not host your business data on its own servers as part of normal operation.
Subject to payment of applicable fees, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use wpOps on the number of installations your plan permits. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without our written permission.
Certain features — AI-assisted actions, payment processing, calendar sync, and social publishing — connect to third-party services (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Google, and social media platforms) using credentials you provide and control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and any usage fees they charge are billed directly to you, not through us.
License fees are as stated at the time of purchase. Renewal pricing may differ from introductory pricing and will be disclosed before any renewal charge.
The Software is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every requirement of your specific business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the preceding twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@xonik.com.
