Worth knowing up front: wpOps is self-hosted. Your agency runs it on your own server, so for the data your team enters about your own clients, your agency is the data controller — not XONIK. This policy covers the data XONIK itself collects (this website, license activation, product updates), not the data inside your own installation.

Who this policy covers

This policy describes how XONIK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“XONIK”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website and through the wpOps licensing and update system. It does not describe how your agency handles data inside your own wpOps installation — that’s governed by your own privacy practices and, where applicable, your Data Processing Agreement with your own clients.

What we collect

Contact details you provide through the Get Started form — name, work email, agency name, team size.
License activation data — a license key, the domain it’s activated on, and periodic check-in timestamps used to confirm your license is active and deliver updates.
Basic website analytics — pages viewed, referring source. No cross-site tracking.

What we don’t collect

We do not have access to the data inside your wpOps installation — your Leads, Contacts, bookings, tickets, or any AI provider key you configure. That data lives on your own server and is never transmitted to XONIK as part of normal product operation.

How we use what we collect

To respond to a Get Started request and set up your license.
To verify your license is active and deliver software updates.
To send license-expiry reminders before renewal, and product update notices.

Your rights
