This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) template describes how personal data is handled in connection with wpOps, for customers who need this documented for their own compliance purposes.
Because wpOps is self-hosted, you (the licensee) act as the data controller for the business data you store in your own wpOps installation. XONIK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“XONIK”) acts as a processor only with respect to the limited information it collects directly (such as license administration and support communications), not the business data stored inside your own installation, which XONIK does not access as part of normal operation.
Where you choose to connect third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Google, or social platforms), those providers act as your own sub-processors under your own agreements with them, using credentials you control — not under an agreement with XONIK.
Because your business data resides on your own hosting, the security of that data depends substantially on your own hosting environment and configuration. XONIK provides the Software; you are responsible for the infrastructure it runs on.
Because XONIK does not hold a copy of your business data, requests from individuals to access, correct, or delete their personal data should be handled directly within your own wpOps installation, which includes built-in tools for this purpose.
