Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using wpOps under a license from XONIK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“XONIK”, “we”). It makes explicit a boundary already stated on our Terms of Service, not a new one.

Prohibited uses

Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Software without our written permission, per Terms of Service §3.
Using the Software to violate any law or infringe anyone else’s rights.
Attempting to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer license enforcement or usage limits.

Fair use of the license

A license’s unlimited internal users covers your own team using the installation you licensed it for — it is not a mechanism for reselling seats or access to unrelated third parties.

Consequences of violation

A violation of this policy may result in suspension of license activation and updates, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us under the Terms of Service.
